The successful regional finalists were invited to attend a dedicated judging day at the Redken Exchange in London, ahead of the regional RAP's, on Sunday 15th March, who were judged by industry luminaries. After careful deliberation the finalists were announced at the Regional RAPS. The new excited finalists were then invited to attend a second dedicated judging day at the Redken Exchange in London, ahead of TRIBE09 held on Monday 21st September. The judges industry legend Annie Humphreys; Redken Artist and Owner of The Chapel Amanda Dicker; Editor of Hair magazine Louise White, Man About Town Editor Lee Wallick and AJ Blackadder from Andrew Barton Salons. After further deliberation, the winners were chosen and announced at TRIBE09.
