TRIBE is the most exciting and inspiring event of the year in the Redken community, and 2010 was no exception with entertainment from dancers doing the Brooklyn Boogie, Spencer K with Redken House Band and special guest Vanessa White from the Saturdays.
The NYC Hair Award winners were revealed after stunning hair shows from Redken's inspirational artists, Lee Stafford and Andrew Barton.

Lee Stafford is one of Britain's most exciting - and busy - celebrity hairdressers. Not only does Lee create fantastic hair but also designs new cutting techniques & beautiful collections. Lee is constantly in demand, and makes regular TV appearances. He truly is one of the UK's top ambassadors for the hairdressing Industry, his work appears editorially in countless publications every month which include, Harpers and Queen, The Sunday Times Style, Elle, Tatler and Vogue to name but a few.
Lee has won countless personal awards – including Men's British Hairdresser of the Year 1998 and being a finalist for Eastern British Hairdresser of the Year, British Salon of the Year, British Manager of the Year, Men's British Hairdresser of the Year (1999).
